Sirha è la manifestazione ungherese più importante dedicata al settore agro-alimentare, incluso l’industria dolciaria, l’industria della panificazione ed il settore HORECA.

In occasione della fiera si svolgerà anche la finale europea del “Bocuse d’Or 2018”, il più prestigioso concorso di cucina al mondo tra chef provenienti da 20 Paesi, che darà maggiore visibilità alla manifestazione a livello internazionale.

Con quasi 10 milioni di abitanti ed una zona di influenza che copre oltre 84 milioni di individui, l’Ungheria gode di un mercato interno accessibile e ad alto potenziale, con un’industria agroalimentare dinamica, un’estesa rete di catene di distribuzione alimentare, un settore della ristorazione in rapida crescita e un’industria turistica che sta accelerando lo sviluppo del settore alberghiero.

Nel 2016 l’Ungheria ha importato prodotti alimentari, bevande e tabacco per un totale di 4,48 miliardi di euro. Il primo partner commerciale dell’Ungheria è la Germania che detiene una quota del 20,2% del totale, seguita dalla Polonia (12,3%) e dalla Slovacchia (9,7%).

L’Italia, posizionata nel 2016 al 5° posto nella classifica dei partiner commerciali dell’Ungheria con un interscambio di 8,4 miliardi di euro (+6,1%), occupa attualmente la 3ª posizione, con un valore pari a 4,9 miliardi di euro (1° sem. 2017) con un incremento del 14,4% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2016. Analizzando le esportazioni italiane per macrosettori, nel 2016 il settore alimentari, bevande e tabacchi risulta uno dei più rilevanti con 200 mln €.

Per l’edizione 2018 di Sirah, ICE-Agenzia all’interno del Piano Export Sud II a sostegno delle Regioni cd. meno sviluppate (Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia e Sicilia) e delle Regioni cd. in transizione (Abruzzo, Molise e Sardegna), organizza una collettiva italiana su una superficie di 360 mq, comprensiva di un’area istituzionale con il Centro Servizi ICE-Agenzia.

Parteciperanno 20 fra aziende e Consorzi delle Regioni coinvolte dal Piano Export Sud II che esporranno in stand di 14 mq ciascuno.

E’ previsto un incoming di 30 operatori dai Paesi vicini: Albania, Bulgaria, Croazia, Polonia, Romania, Serbia, Turchia, Ucraina.

L’Agenzia ICE di Budapest organizzerà il 7 febbraio, presso una sala messa a disposizione dall’ente fiera, un seminario tematico sulla gastronomia delle Regioni del Sud tenuto da un esperto enogastronomico.

La sera del 7 febbraio, presso il New York Palace Boscolo, si svolgerà una presentazione delle eccellenze della gastronomia e dei vini delle Regioni del Sud espositrici gestita da tre esperti italiani: un enogastronomo, uno chef ed un’enologa. La presentazione sarà rivolta agli operatori del settore, ai giornalisti specializzati, agli opinion leader locali nonché alle delegazioni provenienti dai Paesi coinvolti con il duplice obiettivo di evidenziare l’elevata qualità dei prodotti alimentari italiani in esposizione e di permettere l’incontro diretto con i rappresentati delle aziende produttrici.

Third Edition of Gourmet Expoforum

The Bocuse d’Or is the most prestigious international gastronomic competition, a biennial world championship where only the chefs who have passed the continental selections can participate: the next European final will be hosted in Turin on the 11th and 12th of June 2018 – together with the World Pastry Championship – and will bring together the best chefs from Europe who will be competing under the Mole for the 17th Bocuse d’ Or final. The final will take place in Lyon in January 2019 in the context of Sirha, the big fair dedicated to the world of catering organized by GL events, a key event for the sector that in the last edition has recorded more than 200 thousands visitors, including over 25 thousands chefs.

Similarly, the format for the European gastronomic challenge is also planned to be hosted in the context of a trade fair exhibition and the Lingotto Fiere in Turin from Sunday the 10th to Tuesday the 12th of June 2018 will welcome the event as part of Gourmet Expoforum, a biennial exhibition addressed to professional practitioners of the HORECA and Food & Beverage sectors. An event with a large exhibition area in which operators can approach the offer of participating companies, characterized by technology, machinery, equipment, furnishings and services, as well as food, beverage, wine, liquor, coffee, pastry and ice cream products. At the same time, an additional space is dedicated to a busy calendar of conferences, training workshops, tastings, editorial presentations and contests through which to explore the multiple aspects of the professional scenario. An opportunity for companies and operators to meet, while in the nearby Oval hall of Lingotto Fiere the challenge will be in progress, the historic pavilions of the fairgrounds will welcome trends and innovations of the most authoritative trendsetters on the market, with a full immersion for every catering professional.

Torrefazione la Brasiliana

Since 1948  Torrefazione La Brasiliana produces high quality coffee in  Ferrara (Italia) .

Thanks to the experience of three generations, the Company selects the best raw materials to produce high quality professional blends, even at the request of its customers.

Production takes place at the Ferrara factory, starting from raw coffee from certified historical suppliers, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of the raw material.

The production capacity is 2,000 tons of roasted coffee annually.

Toasting is done separately for each type of raw, to enhance the quality of the coffee in blends creation.

The result is an articulated range of coffee beans, ground coffee and pods for professional use at home.

The company is mainly located in the HORECA channel and operates in the market of Centro and Northern Italy, with an export share of about 20% in 6 countries.

Idea srl is an innovative start-up designing and manufacturing food machinery for HoReCa, Retail and Hyper-Supermarket. Aim of the company is to offer really innovative solutions to improve efficiency, safety, hygiene, cost reduction and increased profit to professionals around the world. Very interesting and in some way unusual is the background of the people involved in the company. Some of them are coming from the food industry, some from industrial automation sector and other from food machinery sector. The combination of these experiences and background has generated innovative ideas transformed in extraordinary products solving the “route cause” of the daily problems experienced by HoReCa and retail professionals in food preparation.

Easydea is an innovative and compact automatic slicer with a new horizontal cutting system. The underlying idea comes from the desire to solve all the problems arising from the current methods of slicing of meat, cheese, fish, fruit and vegetables which in decades have not seen any real innovation but only small improvements. Easydea appears as a food processor, it combines the functions of an automatic slicer with extra functionalities such as weighing, vacuum packing, automatic dish preparation, management software, remote diagnostics and geolocation. It is fully managed by an advanced electronics that oversees all features and controls the many security systems similar to those installed on industrial machine tools, robot/complex production machines. The interface with the operator, simple and “user friendly”, is a last generation touch screen.

The blade is horizontal to the workbench and is always fully protected to avoid any chance of injury. Product cut is done automatically, with the possibility to select three variable speed depending on the product  and without the intervention of an operator, eliminating in this way the risk of accidents, increasing the overall productivity and reducing management costs; The WiFi connectivity and the internal software make easy to integrate the machine with external computers and other devices in order to control stock, costs and profit. Geolocation function helps to manage large network of machines and to further reduce maintenance costs. A very interesting and unique function allow to calculate and provide information on the calories of the processed product so to create added value to the final customers. It is possible to prepare portions automatically and according to the weight, the number of slices or the calories required. Various options are available to further improve efficiency such us conveyor belt, vac pack sealing  bags, stand. Other options will be launched in the near future.

All in all Easydea is probably the most interesting innovation in food preparation over the last 50 years and the pre-launch activities demonstrated that Easydea can really help dealers and distributors to increase their turnover and marketshare as the advantages of using Easydea become evident immediately to mangers involved in HoReCa sector and supermarket.

Easydea has been awarded with the Innovative Smart Label – competition HOST 2017  – and will be launched internationally during the HOST exhibition in Milano from  20 to 24 October 2017 – Pav 5 Stand V18.
